First class service from the moment we arrived (special thanks to Gary on the front desk), and the views of the harbour are stunning. Room was spacious, but having stayed in many Shangri-la properties this one feels a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment.

Add the breakfast option, it is definitely worth it. They come and clean your room 2 times a day and add fresh slippers and other amenities if missing. Lobby smells very fresh and clean.

the only concern I have is the service at the chinese dessert lounge. the service was not really up to standard. I could see all waiting staff were quite busy, covering a large service area, but they all walked with eyes looking straight ahead, ignoring guests trying to get their attention. It took more than 15 mins before we got service after sitting down and having hard time to get someone to give us the bill. Other than this, very satisfy with my stay.
