"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

"Our stay was great. It’s a little dated but it was completely fine for us. We liked being away from the crowds and people and enjoyed the chickens and peacocks. The road is a little steep but manageable. Just go slow. I would stay here again. "

"Janie was very responsive to our needs and responded to our minor questions quickly. Location is convenient for driving to many places on west side of the island. The street is a bit noisy in the morning but the birds singing help make up for that. Great views and places to be outside. I would definitely come back."

"It was great! The only thing bad in the house is a step inside the front door that wasn’t marked and looked just like the floor! My wife and I both tripped on it twice than I took the rug out of the downstairs bathroom and marked it with that. Other wise the place was perfect. "

"This is a real find. The lanai opens up on a tranquil view of the mountains and the air is filled with birdsongs. During my stay, I sat on the lanai for hours and never heard a human voice. The condo was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. When I arrived I could not find an umbrella or chair and when I communicated with the management they answered immediately. Very very nice spot. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. We were a family group of 7 (kids aged 5yr-teen) and found the space excellent for our wants. Pictures are accurate to the space. They had switched out the dining room table for a larger one, which was much better for our family. During daylight, we much preferred the spacious outdoor ground-level lanai for relaxing (not shown). Garage was not available for our stay. Our girls loved the pool. The HOA requires quiet after 8:30pm so the evenings...

"This rental has a spectacular view! We are thrilled that we were able to spot Humpback whales every day from the lanai. We watched outrigger canoe groups, kayakers, and other boats. Each day was concluded watching the sunset hoping to see the green flash. And we enjoyed the.sweet little birds keeping us company by the lanai. The rental is clean, comfortable, well stocked. Edgar, the owner, was very attentive when a couple of questions came up, which we greatly appreciate. "

"We have been going to BI every year for 12 + years, we stay in the same complex Waikoloa Villas but in different condos depending on who's going. This complex is great for 30min from everything..Kona/ Waimea for shopping close to great beaches and the excursion in the area are great. Golf is outside your front door It's a little quieter not a lot of night life if that what your looking for. Have a great time where ever you stay.. "

"This was a good place for 3 couples to share. Waikaloa Village has easy access to many of our favorite beaches. The only downside was that it is managed by Vacasa, our least favorite vacation rental management company. Half the lightbulbs in the kitchen were out as well as one in the bedroom. The can openers were almost unusable even by very strong men. Apparently there was a new dishwasher because the silverware holder was strapped to the back of the dishwasher with the folding basket...
