"This hotel in in a fantastic location, only minutes from Koh San Rd, but is a tranquil place to stay. The breakfast selection was very good and in a beautiful courtyard setting overlooking a large ornamental pond. Rooftop pool was a lovely place to chill out after a busy day"

"The Cartlon was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in! It was the first time my wife and I have been to Bangkok and the Carlton made our stay. We booked the Carlton Room which came with a free buffet breakfast, evening drinks and appetizers, and a 3pm checkout-- plus more! It was well worth the upgrade. The hotel and accomodations were pristine! The customer service was impeccable. The food was tasty! The location was phenomenal and close to the subway and monorail which was our main choice for travel to temples and malls. If your lucky enough to meet Title, one of the concierges, he will not disappoint you and is super helpful! All in all The Carlton is top tier and 10/10 - I recommend!"

"Breakfast was the best part during out stay. They offered a huge selection of food. We also noticed the smell in the hallway that many other reviews mentioned. It is the weakest point of this hotel. We didn't have the smell in our room though. Hotel is in a perfect location near many attractions. There is a rooftop pool in addition to another pool with gym. Overall, I would rate my stay in the hotel as excellent. "
