"We were extremely happy with our stay at the Siam Mandarina. We chose the suite with views which was very comfortable. The separate living area with its own TV made it easier if one wanted to go to sleep undisturbed. The 4.10 free shuttle was very quick and allowed us to check in for our early flight at 6.15 am . My only complaint was the time it took for the free shuttle to leave the airport for the hotel. Their representative was wearing what we would call a teal blue jacket not the lime green described in their email but maybe the colour doesn’t have a Thai equivalent! "

"After a 23 hour flight and a one hour taxi ride from the airport to the hotel traffic was horrendous. I just wanted to get into the room, but I had to wait an hour until about 2 o’clock because it wasn’t clean yet. So I had to walk around the neighborhood for an hour before I could check in and take a shower. Overall, the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and the location was within walking distance to all the fun."
