"We went with a rather large group; this place was perfect and accommodating! The first time i stay somewhere that had more then enough towels, blankets, trash bags, all paper products and toilet paper! Besides food; we didn’t have to buy anything. I hate to rent a place for a long weekend and they supply you with only 2-3 toilet papers. Also, the location was amazing! Bill made sure we had a great experience and our time there was so enjoyable and memorable!!!! 10/10!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house and the grounds are beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes... we were able to stay in and cook all our meals there. "It’s a lovely spot to unwind and disconnect. The property was impeccably clean, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit of a drive from Austin, so Bastrop is the best place for food or groceries. There’s no Wi-Fi, making it an ideal retreat from reality. The only downside was that during our stay we heard some loud music from a nearby bar, which was audible from the cabana. It was manageable, but light sleepers might find it a bit disruptive. Thank you for the cookies! "

"My husband and I stayed at The Reserve for a long weekend trip to Austin, Warrenton, and the surrounding areas. The Reserve was a GREAT in-between spot for all of our weekend activities. My ONLY regret was that we had so many other things going on and was unable to spend more time on the property. Jeanne and Bubba were incredible hosts and no detail went attended to. We can NOT wait to return and will be planning our second trip soon! "
