"This is a cute, small duplex! It is better for smaller families that don’t need a lot of space. We’ve stayed in Cape Charles many times, and this rental wasn’t as clean as other places we have stayed. THE REALITOR THAT WE WENT THROUGH WE GOT THERE EARLY AND STOP IN AND ASK TO BE CONTACTED IF PROPERTY WAS CLEANED EARLIER . NEVER HEARD BACK. WHEN WE WENT TO GET OUR PACKAGE THEY COULDN'T FIND IT AND THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT IT WAS CLEANED EARLIER AND DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I WASN'T CONTACTED. STILL WOULD GO BACK."

"Close to beach which was great. That was the best part. No kitchen table which was hard with kids since barstools are way too tall for little ones. Overpriced. The house was very scented. Glade plugs ins and other smells left all our belongings with a strong scent. The blankets had not been washed when we arrived. No fitted sheet on the king size bed so it kept sliding off as we slept. Kids liked the kids room upstairs for playing in."
