"This place was amazing for me and my mother because we wanted exactly the place where we could cook our own meals while on vacation. This place was everything we needed. We had Studio #19, we had 2 full beds, a full size fridge with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker (they even provided coffee filters), an electric kettle, and electric stove as well. "This duplex is very clean and a nice place to stay. There is a 500 security deposit through a separate website that is not listed on the site. We had no problems though. The checkin process is sort of lengthy but you do get access to the externior cameras on the house and access to the alarm system. Overall a great place and would recommend. "

"This new property is perfect for couple or family looking for a stay in the Miami area at a good price. The decoration is so pretty and all furnitures/accessories are really convenient. Beds are very comfortable and the place is super clean. The owner answered immediately to all my questions and requests. Much appreciated. "Be aware that for this price in Miami, you are booking accommodation in an area you need to be careful around, with guests who have any openly admitted history of drug taking and crime. I needed a one night stay in Miami and did not realise that, as a solo traveller/backpacker I felt quite out of place here. Considering this, I had no issues, my roommates were kind and check in was easy."

"This was our first time in Miami and we had such a beautiful and wonderful trip. The hospitality and kindness of the staff was a rare delight! We felt safe and comfortable and taken care of! Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for closeness to South Beach as well as Downtown Miami. We spent a lot of time at the Midtown shops as well- just a perfect summer vibe all year round! "Loved how modern and trendy it was. The rooms are small but thoughtfully equipped. Loved the lighting controls. Close to shopping and the Port. Unfortunately when I asked them to call me a cab in the morning, they called a Lexus driver who charged me double the normal eate it shoukd cost, to get to the airport. That was not appreciated. But overall I was impressed with the hotel. "
