"Great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly, and it was clear that good service is a priority. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The only thing I will note was that the room floors were not so clean, and left your socks/feet dirty after walking around. Otherwise, 10/10 experience, and will return. Location is very convenient, with a grocery store, mall, and food options within 5min walking distance. About 15-20min from MIA and 30-35min from cruise terminal."

"The only issue I had was hot water wouldn’t come out of the shower head just the faucet. Also I got back late and had to park in the back of the building and none of the side doors worked with the room key. I had to go all the way around the building to enter thru the main entrance. That didn’t feel very safe "
