"Amber was a great host. Very quick to respond. The house and hottub was great! Everything worked as it should and would make a great basecamp for large group. Total of 4 bed plus many futons and couches. As she says … make sure you have information like photo, address, and check in information downloaded or snapshot before you arrive. No cell service! Once inside the wifi was great even with all many teen-agers online :) Nice location to get away."

"Cons: no hot water in the shower or house. At all. Ran ONLY the hot water line & never got hot water. Hubby bathed in kitchen sink with water from tea kettle. No privacy. At all. Other houses can be seen clearly from all windows & shower of this house. That deck? It's for anyone to use & anyone on it can look right down into your shower. "We enjoyed the property very much! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It felt very much like the comforts of a home were considered. The location was fantastic, we were able to walk to the black sand beach easily. We are giving five stars because we think this property is beautiful and we had a comfortable stay. "Our party was a total of 6 adults and 4 teens/children. There were plenty of rooms for us to sleep & we really enjoyed the outdoor spaces & the common room. It was hot/humid while we were there & although there were ceiling fans and some portable fans, it was still uncomfortable at times especially in the 2 upper rooms. There are sugar ants if you leave certain foods out. We put most of the food in the fridge. There are also geckos that roam around in the common area. We did not mind this....
