« Immediately upon walking in, my boyfriend & I adored the fun decor & MI rock collection. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, the bed was super comfortable, & the building location was fantastic! (Just minutes from several local cross-country ski tracks & some of my favorite rock hounding locations!) The only issue we ran across is that the shower likely needs replacing. But overall, really enjoyed our stay & we hope to be back in the future! »

The unit it is in a great location, within walking distance of all the downtown Houghton popular spots. The large living room window overlooks the Portage and the lift bridge. The host was amazing and helpful. When we had inclement weather and our departure was delayed they were right there to help us extend our stay an extra night, making it as easy as possible. « We travel to Houghton area a lot. So far this has to be the best place. Super cute. Well well thought out with shampoo, coffee, snacks etc. There was a ton of snow and it was well taken care of. Parking was perfect with our truck with plenty of space. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Quaint little area. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a safe comfortable stay! »
