« We booked the Paddlewheel location to be close to downtown Saugatuck, and it was more than we hoped for. The check in process was so easy because the manager contacted us via email and text days before our visit with detailed instructions. The location was so quiet and peaceful, but close enough to all the shops and restaurants to walk. The checkout was just as easy as check in. We have already discussed staying here again in the future! »

« The restaurants in downtown Grand Rapids is only a mile walk - wonderful. We recommend Sundance Grill. Additionally, the prporty is next to a small green space and 2 blocks west for a view of the river. I will return to this rental. »

« Overall the place is wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. My teenaged boys enjoyed the game room, pool at night, beach, fire pit. I loved the bed, having a kitchenette, and the coffeemaker. Much better than a typical hotel version. I’d caution using suite 10 for more than two people. The sleeper was what you’d expect a sleeper to be - not comfortable! The bed is amazing though. « What a great property, comfy bed, and seating area. The kitchen is well stocked for a smaller place ( Keurig, coffee maker AND air fryer),great rainshower as well. We were here for a wedding, a little cool for the beach but we walked there anyway. The property was lovely- firepit, landscaping, even tho close to Red Arrow highway, we never noticed, very quiet. Would definitely return in the summer months. »

« Comfortable, central, clean, in a quiet building, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the most central of Detroit location with a bright living room facing Capitol Park. Wonderful rooftop and view. Entry is a bit tricky and there is some construction as of Q4 2024 but overall a great stay. »
