"Lovely stay. Perfect location for going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo theatre. They contacted us during the day to say they had boiler issues and we would get a full refund. We still decided to stay as it was only one night without a hot shower. Electric heater was provided in the room. Kept us plenty warm enough. "amazing hotel!! the concept, the decoration, & the vibe! the staff are very nice and helpful! The hotel is very convenient, it's a 1 min walk from the metro station and a 2 min walk from the very vibrant shopping streets. definitely having the cumberland as my go to hotel whenever im in london. ps: pillows aren't very comfy to sleep on"

Great stay!

"I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Yes it feels dated and in need of modernising in a few areas, but I hear that's coming this year. The corridors are a bit of a maze too, so would be annoying if you had lots of heavy cases The staff were incredibly friendly, the bar is a good place to hang out, and the Premium room I opted for was big and spacious. The only thing was that anyone over five foot eight would struggle with the shower as it's tiny Other than that, wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
