"This was our first time staying here and we were very impressed with the resort. Check in and check out was easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The casino area was very nice. The only problem that we saw was that the girls weren’t coming around to take our drink orders and when we did order they never came back. There were places to grab an easy bite and some shopping as well. We would definitely come back! "

"The trip was really great, location was very convenient, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Due to the snow we had to cut our trip short, but the hotel was very accommodating to our reservation. We had a suite with a jacuzzi tub, but unfortunately it did not work when we went to use it. The bathroom was a little old and worse for wear. But the bed was so incredibly comfortable. One of the best nights sleep we had as a part of a 3 week trip!"

"Good hotel, room is fine, no glasses for drinking, only paper coffee cups. Noisy on the train station side. Gym and piol are good but attendant asked my daughter to leave long before posted closing time. Steakhouse is good but not great especially for the price. The bananas foster presentation is good but the actual dessert is poor and inauthentic."
