"Near the lake, easy to walk around. Close to the main road with noise. The building is old, and the heater is loud, remote is out of service, bathroom floor always wet, kitchen is small, 1 cloth hanger there. It's an average place, can be better."

"Was pretty clean and cozy. There were some cobwebs and lots of dust we could see on the ceiling beams and on some of the furniture like the side of bed tables. WiFi was fine on our phones. Tv worked way better when we hotspotted to a phone. Otherwise it was great "

"House was very clean and fit our needs. Listing was a bit confusing with number of queen beds. It’s 6 rooms- 5 rooms with queen bedsand a very small 6 “room” with a set of bunk beds. Again it worked well for our group, it just was confusing "

"The location was absolutely perfect, being so close to Heavenly, Nevada, and downtown South Lake Tahoe. It made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The house itself had plenty of space for our family of 7, along with some friends of our kids who joined us. We particularly loved the pool table and hot tub, which kept everyone entertained and happy. It felt like the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, I must mention that the beds were quite uncomfortable....

"This spot was the perfect middle ground between Sierra at Tahoe for snowboarding and going to Stateline and South Lake at night. The home itself was very cozy and the gas fireplace kept us all warm throughout the day. Would stay again. "

"The bedding was very thin and not complete sets for either bed. The room smelled like a backed up drain and musty. The shower is unsafe as it has no light inside, it’s very dark behind shower curtain and the water turns scorching hot on its own. The room is also lacking plug outlets, only one under tv opposite side of the room from nightstand and definitely no usb plugs either. Property lacking any landscaping, just dirt.Very disappointing."

"Talk about a STELLAR home. The photos don’t do it justice. From the beautiful chefs kitchen to the comfy common areas, it was perfect for my group and I. We had plans in town over the weekend and ended up being greeted by a snow storm upon arrival and we couldn’t have been happier to stay in and enjoy this beautiful space. Riley and Clyde were very helpful/quick with responses and were a joy to communicate with. I travel quite often and this has been my best stay yet. We can’t wait to return! "
