"This is a nice set up for family and/or friends. They did a nice job on the remodel. An early check-in and leisurely checkout was offered and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It’s nestled at the end of the street, so lots of privacy and very quiet. Would stay here again!"

"To start off. One of the reviews had me think a bit. But all the others were great so I knew this was someone that’s not a lake person for sure. The house was perfect. Very very clean. My wife and I and 3 boys 20 years old. My other son and his wife here just for the day on the lake. We stayed 2 nights. The boys absolutely loved the monopoly game till like 4 in the morning. "This cozy cottage is in the woods without visible neighborhoods. It was clean and comfy. The yard was perfect for my pup and the large jacuzzi hot tub was enjoyed by all. The manager was quick to respond to our communications.. Great isolated get away!"

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Chalet. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Anything you could possibly need is there for your use. The linens were great, too. We enjoyed a fire in the firepit one night. I wanted to try out the kayaks but it was a little too chilly. I had the opportunity to chat with the owner and she was so accommodating and nice to work with! Definitely recommend staying here!"

"Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. "

"The property was cozy and adequate size. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils and did have some dry food stuffs left over. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Was close enough to downtown Fayetteville to get there quickly. "
