Carlos and whomever he was training at the front desk were fantastic! They were so pleasant to chat with and took the ordinary experience of checking-in and made it extraordinary. Thank you so much! The room was lovely/quiet, with a fantastic shower! The chocolate croissant at the coffee shop made us go back every morning.

Check out the lounge on the 96th floor - you can grab a drink or dessert and look at the view, which is cheaper than paying for the observation deck. The women’s restroom has an amazing view, too!

Get the tickets with the bar drink included. It’s a lovely corner to sit in and enjoy the view with a beverage.
