"Staff went above service expectations. Which brings me to my one complaint. They need better snow removal service. I was unable to find a parking spot due to old snow not being taken care of. An employee helped me find a spot on the back side of the property. Wish I had his name. Thanks for the help."

"Staff was super friendly, hotel clean and new. Beds and pillows amazingly comfortable (and I am super picky). Water pressure doesn't knock your socks off, but manageable. Beyond my expectations for a HI Express! Nice work."

"I had an excellent one night stay at the Day's Inn Grayling. I traveled to the area for a snowmobiling trip and the hotel worked out great. The building is in nice shape and everything worked properly in the room. The beds were comfortable, nice bathroom with good ventilation, work area, TV, fridge, microwave, etc. There's plenty of parking for cars/trucks-trailers and the snowmobile trails are right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well with waffles, danishes, oatmeal, premade omlets and a bunch of other stuff. It will be my go-to place when staying in Grayling."
