"I love this resort, and the deals from Expedia are always amazing here. Being able to use the Omni amenities is superb. This particular owner apparently I would not recommend, however. I did not know the units were individually owned, until I had a problem. They had not paid their cable bill. It took a couple of days til the bill got paid, and the cable provided was not normal basic cable- bizarre channel selection. Also, the bedside lamp was functional but broken/loose and a potential hazard. I...

"Booked a room in the main building but since they were replacing the carpeting, was upgraded to a suite in another building closer to the river. It was a very nice room. My only criticism is that, even though no smoking is allowed, the bathroom smelled of old smoke and coffee. "

"The Florida house Inn is very charming house. The location is great, right in the center of the town. It’s about 5 minutes drive to the beach. The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. Our room got upgraded to a much bigger room once there were available room. Thank you Julie "
