"The Nova Hotel exceeded our expectations. Located in a quiet area just a 3-minute walk from the tube station. The staff made our experience exceptional, particularly Sam who welcomed us at check-in and was very helpful and professional. Our room was spacious and clean. The value was outstanding considering New York and Brooklyn's typically high accommodation prices. We would definitely choose Nova Hotel again for future visits to New York."

"Given the affordable price, the stay was very much worth it, but just for the purpose of informing others what to expect, I will say a few things. My room's shower booth had some sort of unremovable stain, which I didn't care much. Room was clean but has no chairs. The gym looked nice and clean, didn't use them personally though. The service was not bad, some seemed indifferent of the customers and some were kind. One employee who came to my room to hand me a toothpaste pack was in shorts and a t-shirt, pulled out the toothpaste pack out of his shorts pocket, not really the most pleasant service that was though."
