As others have mentioned, the rooms need updating but it didn't deter from the visit. I didnt read anywhere about this, but you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet, not just for the hotel but the island and even in a couple of locations on the mainland that we visited. "Everything was perfect. Minus the fact that you can’t find any food or beverage at all on the resort after 11pm. Also the dinner service every night was extremely slow and the staff claimed to be out of a lot of food items the whole trip - turns out they just didn’t want to make them… outside of that, the resort is beautiful and well maintained and the staff wait on you hand and foot. "It's a really nice little hotel. The rooms are compact but clean. No elevators so try to stay on the lower floors. During the rain, it can be a little slippery. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms so you have to keep a very tiny window open most of the time (which is mostly fine). You cannot use toilet paper and flush it down. You have to throw it in a very small garbage can which is too small. Location is excellent. The street is full of dining and shopping options that stay on and lit up...
