"Wonderful visit, beautiful setting, delicious array of food in the buffet for all 3 meals, staff is fantastic, friendly and professional. As others have mentioned, the rooms need updating but it didn't deter from the visit. I didnt read anywhere about this, but you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet, not just for the hotel but the island and even in a couple of locations on the mainland that we visited. It's an adjustment! The hotel should have provided more direction around this. A garbage can next to the toilet is not enough. Bags to deposit toilet paper in is a minimum of what would help. This shouldn't let it deter you however. The island of Las Mujeres has a wonderful feel. Many gift stores are touristy but fun. We enjoyed our trip immensely."

This is the best location on the island!!! We felt completely safe throughout our trip. The vendors are quite clever, often approaching with lines like, “Remember me? I was your waiter last night. Where are you headed today? Let me help you.” A friendly “Nice to see you!” and continuing on your way works perfectly!"

"We love the Villa Kiin and have stayed there 3 times. They are doing a renovation so it was a little inconvenient. We had to watch out for nails and screws on the ground which was a little dangerous when it was dark out. The location is amazing. You don’t need to rent a golf cart if you stay there, it’s very walkable. If you want to go to the other end of the island l would recommend renting a golf cart for the day. Taxi service is right by the motel so you never have to worry about getting around. The interior of the rooms are outdated, having said that I don’t care about that stuff. Who knows what they are doing with the renovation. There are water coolers around the property so we just refill our bottles rather than buying bottled water all the time. "
