"Very clean, very nice and clean pool. Acrossed the street from the beach. Walking distance from a couple nice pub and bars as well as mini golf. Also a 20min trolley ride to Johns Pass. Only downfall was the construction going on on all the bottom level condos due to the hurricane. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the near future. "

"We had a great stay at this resort. Kind of cental located in the middle of everything. We did have difficulty finding the building and condo. But it was dark and 1230 In the night. Once there we had no issues. "

"We loved the location, across the street from the beach and far enough from public parking that the beach was not too busy. An easy walk to great food. And the home had all the amenities we could ask for."

"The property had everything you could need for a family with small children. There was tons of beach gear, lots of storage space, convenient location, easy communication, great spot on the beach. Everything was clean, spacious, and great for our family of 5."

"Property very clean, employees are very professional, plenty of space in my room. You can hang by pool or just chill out on back deck. Firepit at nite was nice also. One thing they need to add is a shower bar(something to hold on while showering)…other then that i would book at legacy again."

"Although the weather was not as good as when we usually come to Florida we could enjoy the beautiful gulf shore from our balcony. The condo was clean and in an area that was good for all attractions. Didn’t enjoy the workers making noise."

"This unit was still under construction from the hurricanes, so there was some noise in the construction - but it wasn't bad at all. There was just 1 day of 'alot' and a few hours of another day that was a few minutes here and there. The pool was not open yet, sad, but I'm sure it will be soon. The unit was SPOTLESS! And very well stocked with 3 different coffee pots, some coffee, filters, bags, everything. The elevator was not working our first day, which made it difficult as one of our party was on O2, but thankfully, this was first level of condos. I mentioned it to management if they could check on when it would be fixed, and it was working the next day, and they came by and told us it was working. I will absolutely stay here again if I need 3 bedrooms! "
