"We enjoyed its casual atmosphere, being one minute from beach, and on the Golf Blvd strip..so entertaining! Construction was going on to repair hurricane damage but the crew was courteous and not bothersome. Although grounds outside could have been cleaned up a bit. Fun place to stay! "

"This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Beach. We were there primarily for Spring Training but also wanted to be near the beach. This property was very private, quiet and extremely clean. For my husband and I, it was a perfect place to settle in between baseball games. Unfortunately, it was too cool for the beach or the pool. But we relaxed and slept well in the comfortable bed. I had called the owner to ask if there was anything that could be done about the water pressure in the shower and he had it taken care of immediately! There are two bikes available and everything you need for a day at the beach. Very short distance to the beach and many restaurants walkable from the rental. "

"This is a perfect luxury house to stay at. The beautiful decor and the cleanliness of the location was impeccable. My family and I stayed at this house for a long weekend. The walk to the beach was a block away with plenty of stores, restaurants and bars along the quiet and safe streets. Tina was an excellent host with her great communication and attentiveness. Highly recommend staying here for vacation or a perfect getaway. "

"We stayed here for several weeks and couldn't have been more pleased! The condo is beautifully decorated, with an updated kitchen & bathrooms, a super-comfortable bed, and a balcony with partial views of the water and sunsets! The proximity to so many restaurants, parks, shopping, and the beach, not to mention other interesting towns within a short drive (like Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor) makes this the perfect vacation spot in Florida! We enjoyed biking on the nearby Pinellas trail, the Wilson Ream Clearwater trail, and walking in the NUMEROUS parks in Pinellas County. Our hosts responded quickly when we had questions. We were pleasantly surprised with the provision of shampoo and soap products, toilet paper, and trash bags for our whole stay! Would definitely stay here again."

"To start I am a first time VRBO user. Darcy, our host was extremely helpful and very patient with me. She walked me through the process and was always available to answer any questions. The property itself was wonderful. So much room. The location is great only one block off the beach but on a culdesac that made it very private. We had a few minor repair issues during our stay but Matt was quick to respond and resolve any issues. The best thing about this property is the hosts. They were wonderful. They did not micro manage. The other very important thing to know is this property and its hosts are LGBTQ friendly. We have already booked for next year and are so looking forward to our 2026 trip. Thank you Darcy and Matt!
