The shuttle provided came within 20 minutes from our request call. -The staff was pleasant and professional. -The breakfast buffet was not the best but it wasn’t too bad. The eggs were dry and thirty minutes from the end of breakfast hours, there was hardly any of the items provided."

"Best location on the lake. At the entrance. You can walk along the lake or Como centre. Staff very polite and room was comfortable. I recommend if you don’t want to drive to far on the lake as the route is very tight."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci. "
