"Wonderful traditional Japanese hotel (ryokan) with hot bath downstairs. We saw so many beautiful Sakura trees on our trip but the most amazing Sakura was right outside of this hotel. Just jaw dropping! Really enjoyed our walks down the stone stairs to the small city, beautiful views and beautiful place. We even liked it more than Kyoto, so quite and authentic :) will be back!"
"Beautiful hotel, with large rooms and wonderful amenities. The only downside was that the room did smell a bit musty when we arrived but it had been raining most of the day.
Overall, a really wonderful hotel close to Universal Studios Japan. "
"Staff were very helpful and attentive and friendly.
My family and I stayed for the second time in March 2025 and my wife still likes the hotel.
Easy 10 min stroll to Shin Osaka station but note that Shin Osaka station can be very confusing if you are not familiar with it. "
"We really enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing to walk to many different places and train lines were accessible. The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs. Checkin and out was smooth, cant comment on communication too much as we had no issues during our stay so it wasnt necessary. My partner and I would both happily stay here again. "

"The hotel is in the business convention district. Amenities and interior are too notch. Very close to typical local Osaka restaurants.
There is also a very convenient shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station. Wish I knew this instead of taking a taxi to the hotel. The shuttle comes every 15 minutes."
"Location wasn’t as close to a train station as I would like, but the hotel room was nice. Appreciated the complimentary drink machines in the lounge!"

"The hotel staff is great extremely nice and eager to help. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 I would highly suggest purchasing it. The attention to detail was great as well for example, the room keys were made of wood, which I think is a very nice touch. Next time I come to Osaka, I will definitely be staying here again. It also is in a very good location for anything that would want to be done during the night."

"In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again. "

"This was the best all around hotel we’ve ever stayed at around the world, at any price point. Location 10/10, breakfast 10/10, aesthetic 10/10, bakery in the lobby was incredible. The rooms were very large and had all the amenities you could ask for. This hotel was so good we cancelled our next hotel for the rest of our stay in Kyoto and came back here. Can’t say enough good things about this place."

"Service is excellent; room is comfortable with all amenities and a beautiful bathroom. The hotel is next to a shopping center with restaurants onsite and at the center; and only a short walk to Dontoborin and other great places. Recommend the Centara and we will use it again when in Osaka."

"Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff and the breakfast buffet is delicious and has a lot of choices. It’s also in a central location in Namba Osaka and nearby the subway station."
