"Our stay was fine except for barking dogs. We were there to assess our place which we actually lost due to Helene. Then we had to leave two days early due to a death in the family and only received $100 back for the two days when we paid $125 a night. "

"This was odd. The livestock spend far more much time IN the house than I expected, resulting in much "tracking-in." I sat on the couch once - and it was wet. That was off-putting. They clearly state that they allow smoking and vaping, so that is on me, but I didn't translate that into the intense smoke in the general living area. "First off, the host is a hands on guy. He will help with anything you need. The bnb was very nice, had a dock i fished on every day. The unit itself was immaculate and easy to navigate. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I will be staying there again as i make more frequent stays in Hudson. Its also cheaper than a good hotel. Just sayin'."
