"The hotel was beautiful. The afternoon staff was very helpful when I arrived, but unfortunately, the staff in the early morning did not seem very friendly. During my checkout as well, it seemed as if the staff did not want to help in offering directions."

"It's one of my favorites when I visit Houston. Nice rooms and views of Houston. It's quiet and safe. Just don't like paying for fast speed internet which is $15 a night. Wasn't like this before they remodeled but I get it in business aspect. Just not good if you're trying to stream on your own device. Also when taking a shower the water took about 7 min to get hot. Other than that the staff is great, friendly and efficient. "
