"The staff are amazing. We landed in Vancouver quite early in the morning and we called to see if we could store our luggage until check-in. The person we talked to (unfortunately didn't get her name) said we could check-in, hours earlier than listed on our email confirmation. She even upgraded our room, which was such a surprise and we were/still are so grateful. "
