"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. "The location was excellent. You could walk out to multiple shopping and dining options. Our unit was well furnished in kitchen and beach acutriments. The bed was not comfortable. And putting a sqishy piece of foam on a mediocre matress does not help. Sheets and coverings lumped up and slid around. And a small item, but for this price you shouldnt need to but TP. But overall we liked it. Beach chairs, coolers, swim fins, beach towels all there."

"This was a last minute trip for my 13 year old son and I. David, was very helpful with responding to my questions. The place was clean and appreciated the comfortable king size bed. The remodel of the kitchenette was nice and usable and opened up the space so you could easily move around the condo. The lanai was in the shade and surrounded by nice green floral landscaping. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day for our 5 day trip. Awesome location to walk to restaurants and coffee shops...
