"“I recently stayed at Aloft Chicago Magnificent Mile for four nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from great dining options, shopping, and the scenic riverwalk. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond, especially Diamond, who was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean but no closets and the bathroom was also well-maintained but the shower stall was pretty small too. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy each day. If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location, friendly service, and good value, I highly recommend Aloft at Magnificent Mile!"

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Adriana, who checked us in, was amazing and made us feel so welcome from the start. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to all the attractions, shopping, and local spots. The room was nice, though a bit more space would’ve been great. Overall, we felt safe, and everything was just a short walk away. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!"

"Location and river view from the California tower was better than expected. An unexpected bonus was seeing a herd of goats on the little island near the Arizona water taxi landing from my 7th floor room. After staying on Fremont Street for the last few decades and seeing how Las Vegas has deteriorated Laughlin is my new default for fun in Nevada. "

"Staff were amazing and room was the perfect size. Location was perfect, yet room was quiet despite proximity to Michigan Ave. My only complaint was that the bell desk was often not staffed when I needed bell services, but this was easily circumvented by speaking to the front desk, who were very accommodating. "
