"I was on my 3rd trip to Anchorage within the last 2 years and I wish I had found out about this property on the first trip. (I had stayed at a hotel and another property from a different site, which were okay but that was about it.) It is situated on the hillside within a short drive of Anchorage and not too far from the Glen Alps parking area. "In the foothills overlooking Anchorage. Liked the location. Downstairs apartment with quite a few stairs so not good for anyone with problems walking or toting heavy suitcases. Some upstairs noise. Living room and kitchen quite small but we made do as we were gone most of the time. More suited to a couple than three though and not really set up for cooking meals. Two nice size bedrooms. Full size bathroom but could use some updating. Lovely porch with view of city. Nice quiet neighborhood."
