"The price of this place is amazing and therefore a very good value. There were a few cleaning issues that we noticed, but overall the room was clean. We did have an issue with someone smoking in one of the rooms next to us one night and because the rooms are set up as basically central air situation and not the individual room heating and cooling units that normal hotels have, the smoke from that room came in to our room through the vents. "We stayed over Christmas to visit family nearby.. the house is very cozy, clean, well stocked. It has baby gates at the stairs and outside on the porch which we found very useful..Kate was very accommodating and responsive to any questions… we really enjoyed our stay… it seems like this would be tons of fun over the summer for any family to enjoy the pool and dock.."
