My room didn't have a kitchen with a stove or anything and a pipe was sticking out of the wall that had a plastic grocery bag shoved in the end of it instead of being properly capped off. Was pet hair all over the carpets in the hallways and elevators. Sadly, this was a really nice hotel about 5 yrs ago…nie its gone to the dumps…it does have good safety features and nice people working there, but that's about the only good things about this place other than location being close to a lot of food options and grocery stores..

This hotel was disgusting. Possibly the worst I have ever stayed. Our smoke free room smelled of smoke and our metal beds were like cots. Tub was nasty and trash barrel had used tampons left in them. No staff on site during the night . I’d rather stay in my car than do that again .. yuck

I made reservations on Oct 4th for a 2 night stay. Drove almost 3 hours on Oct 6th to reach the hotel, only to be told that my room was rented out and I had nowhere to spend the night. I was finally able to book a room 45 mins away in Charlotte NC. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. How can a reserved room be rented to someone else???

The bathtub was big beds were janky tv was broken, elevator was filthy there was a clump of hair in the hallway I would have given pictures but didn’t want to admit that I stayed in a hotel like this. When I arrived I was told there was an hour wait to check in because they were running reports but other than these things it was an ok stay.
