The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. "Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. I did communicate with smart flats whilst there, they said that they would sort it out but unfortunately they didn't whilst we were there for the two nights. The shower wasn't that...

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. "Great location. No internet at all and hot water just for a 1 minute shower."

"Our host was very gracious and attentive. Very nice and modern accommodations. Roll-out couch was very firm and comfy. Quiet flat. Easy check-in and checkout.
