"The best thing about this hotel was the staff: Everyone I interacted with - from reception to the staff at breakfast - was really friendly and went out of their way to help. Service with a smile. Lots of choice at breakfast and the warm food was warm, which isn’t always the case for buffets! The rooms themselves are basic and tired - no coffee facilities, no iron, just one soap for hair/body. "Stayed here as a single parent with my daughter. Cheap and cheerful right next to the atomium. Tram stop right outside to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The man on reception didnt speak much english but he was lovely, very polite and kind to my daughter. Very welcoming. Would stay again "

"The hotel was clean and staff was so helpful. Its a shame that the hotel is in middle of nowhere. The room was immaculate and the bed plus the pillows were amazing as well."

"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "
