"Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. Did not...

"Nice clean hotel rooms, reception and restaurant. Good dinner and breakfast buffet. "

"Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there."

UK plug socket a nice bonus. €5 a night available towards drinks and snacks for not getting cleaning, good eco incentive with recycling available. Hot water, coffee, iron and microwave available in the hallway."

"Really pleased with our decision to stay at Made in Louise. It is a charming small hotel just outside the centre of the city but very accessible. We used an Uber to get to and from the Eurostar station but used the trams and buses while there. The nearest stop is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a huge bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room but freely available...

"Hotel was good, had a bit of a damp smell in the room but the windows opened a bit to let some air in. Wasn’t much happening around the hotel in evening "

"Liked the hotel, only the breakfast it’s a bit complicate way to help yourself due the space where they placed food, and the isolate plastic as well that they cover everything, what is very hygienic, this is good, but maybe on busy time doesn’t need to cover all, to be easy for customer pic what they want. Just a suggestion. Thank you"

"Overall great team. Carolina on the housekeeping staff was awesome, she was well detailed in her work. My room was always clean and well done when she was on her shift. Front desk was awesome as well. Thanks to the team. Arlette, Best "
