"Front desk people who help with checking in weren't so welcoming or patient, they just wanted to be rid of you quickly. Didn’t take time to explain the $15 expense per day. Me and my colleague checked in at different times with different people and were both confused with that policy. Otherwise a great hotel. Convenient location. "

"We arrived at the hotel at 11am in hopes of just having them store our luggage and much to our surprise our room was ready and they let us check-in early. Very accommodating at the front desk. Any staff member we came in contact with was very professional and friendly. We had great evening at the roof top bar as well, and staff super attentive and friendly."

"Room was clean and comfortable. I think the hooks for towels were designed poorly. They were just small circle rods, and nothing stayed on them. Everything wound up on the floor . And the closet was is the same cabinet as the snacks were kept. Was not good for hanging king coats. Poorly designed, but was a comfortable stay."
