"Il posto è davvero bello ma il personale sembra essere stato scelto a caso.I bagnini arrivano con comodo,tarda mattinata e non hanno compreso il loro ruolo.Incompetenza e maleducazione regna sovrana soprattutto al ristorante,se ti lamenti loro rispondono ancora peggio, a toni minaccia,uno in particolare.Il villaggio sembra un cantiere si può trovare di tutto...Prese volanti a bordo piscina,mattoni coperti da teloni,tombini nascosti da tavoli pick-nik.La sicurezza credo non sia un argomento...

"Wonderful staff, really welcoming and extremely helpful. Room was well designed and everything worked extremely well - lots of storage space and very good shower. Only criticism is that it looked a bit old fashioned."

"We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is well located to several beaches and the grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are clean. We did not stay at the hotel, we stayed in one of the rooms(called a suite) within the hotel grounds. Staff at the front desk were polite and check in/out process was quick and easy. Breakfast is average and the service was basic. As it was pouring rain one evening we deciding to try the hotel restaurant. We found the dinner to be a tad expensive and lacking...

"My overall opinion was that his hotel was good value.The location was near nothing, but the hotel had lots of amenities...great pools and beach.The staff was exceptional. There were programs for kids and adults. There was loud music playing everyday at the pool which got annoying after a while. The AC in each room was good which was not characteristic of most Italian hotels. The mattress was poor, but that is also typical Italian.They don't spend their money on good quality mattresses. "This is not a property for couples. Noisy with kids everywhere. They put us in a room that was a 10 minute walk from reception, Wi-Fi didn’t work. "
