"Although we only stayed one night we had a great stay! We arrived early but were able to spend the day at the pool before our room was ready. We were in the premium zone and the restaurant exclusive to us was excellent! View of the beach, good food and superb service. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Was a terrific place to stay before we took the ferry the next day."

"Beautiful property, very helpful staff, the food was delicious and everything was very clean. We had a room with a private pool (not heated) which was great to have such a large private patio space when we wanted downtime. Our 2 kids loved the warm pools and the housekeepers leaving them little treats in the afternoon. The hotel doesn’t cater to families or young kids but it was still an excellent place if you do have kids. It was a short walk to everything we needed while we were on the resort but we had a car rental as we were exploring the area daily that we parked right outside our Chato. There isn’t a gym available, but the resort is lovely for a run. It was so easy to communicate with the staff in WhatsApp I ask questions and order room service. We ordered room service a couple nights, which was delicious. Our favourite was the poke bowl. The breakfast buffet was perfect every morning before we started our day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"Very friendly staff, nice and quiet too. Fantastic wildlife all around as it resides a few minutes outside of La Fortuna, up against the rainforest. There is a popular hiking trail and a couple easy loops nearby, as well as a huge waterfall "

"The thermal springs were so relaxing. Elegant style but the place didn't feel stiff or stuck-up. Staff was incredibly kind and always went the extra mile. Relaxing, calm atmosphere. Went out of their way to acknowledge our honeymoon on several occasions with rose petals, towel animals, a note, and a free dessert. "

"We loved are stay! Beautiful property with lots for us and the kids to do right on site. The thermal pools were gorgeous and so fun to try out the different ones with different temperatures. There was even a farm with lots of animals. There was a grumpy horse so watch out for him, but otherwise a lovely experience. Highly recommend!"
