So beautiful! Quiet spot with a comfortable bed and beautiful views. Caesar was amazing and helped us set up some tours and transportation. Next time we come, we will likely rent a car, as some cars didn’t want to go here because the road is very rocky.

I wish I could have given this a higher rating, but unfortunately, many of the past reviews ring true. We stayed in a luxury tent, but the experience didn’t match the description. The door was unsealed and insecure, so we had to seal it ourselves to keep bugs out. We arrived to half a roll of toilet paper and had to wait two hours the next day for more. The shower fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold — staff attempted to fix it, but the issue persisted. Several things were in disrepair, including broken knobs and damaged framing around the toilet entrance. The jacuzzi was also dirty when we arrived and wasn’t cleaned until we requested it the next day. While staff were friendly and responsive, more proactive check-ins would have improved the experience. On the bright side, the location is magical, the breakfast was fantastic, and the bed and temperature in the tent were very comfortable. This place has so much potential, but it needs more attention to maintenance and guest experience, as echoed in other reviews.

First off, the staff is AMAZING. Kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped us set up transportation and tours and answered so quickly to any inquiry I had. The rooms are beautiful, well kept and beds are very comfortable. The grounds are so well kept and beautiful. Walking distance to the shops and town, highly recommend and will be back.
