"The place was clean and modern. Decor was cute. Bed was comfortable. Shower only got lukewarm, but it wasn't awful. Very short walk to the convention center. The only weird part was that you had to re-up your parking every 12 hours, but to get free parking, once I figured out the system, it was easy. I'd definitely stay here again."

"I stayed for 5 weeks for work/school, and it was in a nice safe neighborhood where I could walk to coffee shops, the library, and places to do work! Everything you need is close by - Kroger (5 min), gyms (5-10 min), Walmart (5 min). There is laundry access which is super helpful for washing dirty scrubs in a pinch too :). There is a small table inside I used as a desk too. Overall, it was just right for my stay! I’d say for a long stay 1-3 people maximum is what you could comfortably fit in...

"it's a very small tiny unit but then again it's a hotel room not a condo. The bed is a queen and super comfortable and the pillows were exceptional and the unit was very very clean. This place works well for someone who is tech saavy and not looking for a hotel experience. It has a washer dryer and a stove and fridge which is a lot more than a hotel room offers. If you are tired and want to get off the beaten path this is a great choice."

"My group went to Columbus to do ice bumper cars and keg curling at Land-Grant brewing! Lots of fun and checked out Standard-Live! Location of home was about 18 min from everything but quiet and perfect neighborhood! We also checked out North Market which we all enjoyed for food options! The home was large, spacious and cute! We had enough bedrooms for all 5 couples that came! Really loved this about the home!"

"Charles was very responsive. The houses were spacious. Kids loved the hot tubs. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 14. Housekeeping was lacking as the top floor in One of the houses. The floor was covered in dog hair. One of the children was highly allergic to dog hair and woke up with swollen eyes. In that particular side the towels smelled like vomit. We did take care of that immediately since there is a washer and dryer on site. Our wish list, The bedrooms and bathrooms...

"We stayed at this location in February and March. Both times they were out of food items at breakfast. February the only thing they had was sausage. (You could make a waffle. You had to eat it with a spoon though, as they were out of forks). This time, they only had bacon. Both times no eggs and both times said the truck didn't come. Luckily there was a McD across the street. Beds were comfortable. Front desk people were pleasant."
