"My family of 6 plus our dog travelled 16 hours to spend a week at this house. We never got any checkin info from the management company. About an hour before our arrival I got nervous about not being able to access the property. I sent messages, called the company along with 2 emergency phone numbers on file with no answer. I call VRBO and they cannot get in contact with anyone. After we arrived, we sit outside for 45 minutes while being placed back and forth on hold with VRBO. They were finally...

"My son goes to school at OSU and he is in the Marching band there also. My wife and I decided to visit from California for one of his last performance at the "Shoe". We looked for a place close to campus. This property fit all the things we were looking for in a VRBO. The apartment was just as described in the explanation and was very clean and close to campus. We totally enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there in the future if things worked out for us in the future."

"Second floor walk up, nice apartment for a weekend or week-long stay. Little dark and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in the living room unless you're in, or recently graduated from college, but we found this place to be great for our needs. Good communication, snacks on arrival, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. There's a bit of a musty smell, but not strong or anything disconcerting."

"Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year"

"When first arriving, it appeared decent. The tv was broken when we attempted to turn it on, which we were able to get a replacement on day 3. The first night there was a huge leak from the ceiling in the first floor bathroom. No mention in the messages what theyd do about that. Just put a bucket and a towel so we could use the bathroom. The oven was unplugged and couldn't cook anything on the stove, and the outlet looked weird and exposed. Kinda sketchy. On the last night, there was a leak...

"A wonderful little place "

"Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location."
