"The place was very unique and welcoming. There were some maintenance things that needed addressing (broken toilet seat, curtain rod just fell from the wall, Keurig machine didn't work), and floor was pretty dirty (our socks told the story). Nevertheless, it was comfortable, great location downtown. We loved being able to get onto the swamp rabbit trail and bike to unity park. Felt pretty safe there with the personal code check in. We really appreciated the bfast items that were in the kitchen....

"After I saw no nice reviews. I would like to say that my experience was opposite. Very safe, clean, apartments in super good condition, nice people around, close to everywhere. 9 minutes from downtown. Security at night. I parked my car and nothing happened.
