"great staff and accommodations "

"We stayed here while in Greenville for the night to see Rascal Flats in concert. The room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed. The hotel was conveniently located to downtown, restaurants and the concert venue. Since there were three of us, I got a suite so we could use the pullout couch, but the mattress was very flimsy and not comfortable for an adult. The regular beds were very comfortable. There was an extra charge for breakfast, but it was reasonable. We would stay here again when in Greenville."

"Check-in with Stephanie was smooth and easy. I had a special request to check-in early, and she was happy to help and instantly made me feel welcome. The location was ideal as there is almost anything you could want within a 10-15 minute drive. Chick-fil-a, Ulta, Walmart, Panera Bread, Starbucks, IHOP. Cracker Barrell was next door and although I didn't visit, I can see this being a plus for families. The room was very clean and I enjoyed the free hair products which I typically do NOT use because my hair is particular. Lastly, I was there to study for a big test (which I passed) and if I had it to do over, I would have requested a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the pool. It was just kiddos playing and having fun but note the pool is open until 10pm. I definitely appreciated the hot tub which I was able to wind-down and relax in several times during my stay."
