"Upon arrival, I found earplugs in the bedroom. I found out that this unit is above a bar that gets very loud. Luckily, it did not affect my stay since they are closed on Mondays. The host was very responsive with messaging. I would prefer to get the entry code earlier than one hour prior to arrival, just in case something goes wrong. "

"The renovations are nice. Has everything you need to cook and live for a couple days. The neighbors are a bit noisy, but it’s the city, can’t expect a country quiet stay.Overall we enjoyed our 3-night stay. It’s located a 2-minute walk from one of our favorite restaurants. Greydons Crossing."

"The place seemed very normal on the outside but it was very well kept on the inside. It was well furnished and comfortable with cute decor. The door lock is a bit confusing and the first email had the wrong code on it. When I called the host they were condescending towards me for not knowing which email had the correct code. Everything else was great. "

"Check in was perfect. Went to show, had food downtown after, got back to property and. Ohldnt get in with original pass code. Had to call at 11pm at night for an explanation. Code had changed, first time I heard of the change was 11pm, and we were waiti g in cold for several minutes. Also, shower in Create suite got really cold 2 minutes into shower. Turned off shower waited a couple minutes, and then water got hot. Then water stayed hot for 10 minute shower. It was like water heater wasnt...

"This place was perfect for a last minute stay in Grand Rapids. The property is cute inside, as well as being very clean and updated. It is definitely cozy, but for my husband and I, it was a perfect size. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are definitely something to be aware of. We brought our senior dog and I had just planned on carrying her, so it wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you have bad knees or older dogs, be aware. :) Stephanie was very communicative and friendly. "Not only was the unit clean and comfortable, but the location was very much downtown and central to everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We found the unit to be quiet, despite being close to 131. Dealing with the property manager was easy. We definately would stay here again the next time we plan a weekend in Grand Rapids. One note, you can decide if it is a positive or negative, the cleanning lady was in the unit before we dropped off the keys/parking...
