Library of Ivy and Ellie is a revitalized 1949 cottage within walking distance of Downtown Greensboro and Cone Hospital. Two bedrooms, one bath with stacking washer and dryer in the hallway closet. Off-street parking in back, TV (no cable - on purpose) with internet utilities, central heat and air, tankless gas water heater, linens, and cooking tools are all provided. This space was created as an outlet for the love I have for my two daughters Ivy and Ellie so I can share that with you.
The location of this home is super urban with traffic and ambulances and downtown within walking distance. This space was designed for creatives and thinkers and the people who enjoy these people. This Library holds tiny bits and baubles, of things that connect me to two of the most important women in my life, my daughters. They enjoy reading and doing creative things among many other interests. Backyard garden and foraging encouraged. Hunsucker's Place is next door. That home is a showcase of Eric’s three boys. The yards are all shared. Angel mows the grass and the main mail person is Raven. Ask about our favorite thrift stores, live music, breweries, and creative spaces. We love Greensboro and the people who live here. We host homes that mimic staying with a friend or beloved relative.
Pull down the driveway, park in back and enter through the backdoor into the kitchen.
We live up the hill in the brick house on the corner. Stop by and say "Hey"
