"Our recent stay at The Holman in Salem showcased the hotel's exceptional construction quality and outstanding interior design. The attention to detail in both decor and comfort is truly remarkable. However, we encountered some confusion regarding the breakfast service. Despite selecting the breakfast package for our family, there seemed to be a communication gap with the cafe staff about what was included in our accommodation. The ordering process was challenging due to staff uncertainty about the breakfast allowance terms. The situation was ultimately resolved at checkout, where the front desk staff professionally handled the matter by adjusting our bill to compensate for the shared breakfast, charging only the gratuity. While the food service team was friendly, the dining experience was somewhat impacted by distracting behavior from one staff member, which made the already complicated breakfast ordering process more difficult to navigate. The hotel's physical amenities are outstanding, though some improvement in breakfast service coordination would enhance the overall guest experience."

"Amazing stay for the price! The property is both incredibly beautiful and clean. We loved the modern decor and the nearby trails were so beautiful. It felt like a little paradise in the middle of a small town. Only had minor issues with the laundry machine, which was broken. However, the hotel easily refunded us for the trouble, and called maintenance to fix it. Regardless, we will definitely be back! "

"One of the best places out of so many we've stayed at over the years! So clean and comfortable, full size fridge, mini kitchen stocked perfectly. Amazing wifi, cable and tv, and really awesome warm and cold breakfast choices....the REAL rock stars were the staff though, SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! See you on our way back! "

"Very pleasantly surprised and how nice this hotel is. Comfortable beds and nice rooms. The vouchers for a nice breakfast at Denny’s next door was a good touch. Although we were staying at bnb’s, we both agreed this hotel stay was nicer than some and much better priced. Enrolled in their rewards program and extending our stay. The staff is very, very nice also. "
