"This house was the perfect spot for our outing with friends and family. Very spacious with plenty of room for everybody! During our stay there was a slight issue, but the owner addressed it promptly and professionally, offering a partial refund as a resolution. We appreciated their responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction so much that I couldn’t bring myself to review it for anything below 5 stars. "It worked out perfect for us. It’s secluded enough that if my dog barked, he did not disturb anybody. There’s a hiking path right next to the side so I could take my dogs for a nice long walk. Even though it was secluded, it was close enough to any place around. Shopping was only nine minutes away. Downtown Charlottesville was just a very short ride."

"Our Stay at Ken's Lake Anna home was perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and stocked with everything a family could want to have fun and also get some rest and relaxation. We brought our 16mo daughter and felt the house was very safe for her to run around .The close proximity to the beach and playground is a big bonus and the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe.
