"The house is new and well maintained. It was very clean and has everything you need for a perfect get away. The sunrise view was spectacular at the waterfront. The lake has very few people on it which made it perfect for kayaking. This was my second stay here and I will definitely go back again."

"We were looking for a house for our family of 6 (my kids are ages 13 to 19) that would set us up to do the trade days as well as other things that east Texas offers. This house was the perfect place for us. Not only were we close to lots of restaurants and things to do, the house itself was great. The first thing we noticed when we walked into the house was the beautiful view of the lake. The back wall of the house is full of windows overlooking the docks and Callendar Lake. We loved it....

"Our stay here was awesome. Such a clean, beautiful house and neighborhood. Communication with the owner was great, when we checked in they send a text to make sure we were doing okay and asked that we reached out if we needed anything. They have almost everything you need there for a few days stay, both in the chicken, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. If you need to be in Tyler for a visit, this is a beautiful place to consider."
