"Great for a over night stay for new year"

"We were in town for Thanksgiving and stayed at this home for over 2 weeks. Nice home and location. Convenient to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Layout with 2 living areas was perfect for our family. Host was very responsive. We hope to visit again!"

"Close location to downtown, great Bishop Arts district location with restaurants and shops. House is very clean, and accommodating. Live-in tenant down stairs is friendly but dog barks a lot at strangers. Driveway and parking is very narrow and difficult to navigating in poor weather. "

"The location is certainly excellent. Accessible to everything that we were hoping for. Restaurants, the United Center for the basketball game we came to attend. Property needs a bit of a facelift. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Whole foods right across the street was a bonus. Plenty of towels and linens. Remote controls for the TVs were all dead so we had to buy our own AAA batteries which was kind of. M annoying.k Propefacelift"

"We had a group of 9 people with plenty of space and places to sleep. The amenities were more than enough to sit back and relax without even leaving the house! It is even in close proximity to go out without long travel times. The game room made great time and memories, along with the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Highly recommend for those trying to stay in the Dallas area."

"All the place was immaculate and as pictured. I wish I would’ve said an advance to turn on the heated pool, but we ended up being too busy to use it anyway it was a perfect place to stay and I liked the quiet neighborhood."

"My brother and I stayed at this property for 5 nights in February and loved it. The house is in an extremely nice neighborhood and is very cozy and comfortable. The park across the street is handy for those with small kids or dogs. The owner was very responsive. Definitely the nicest Vrbo I've stayed in for the price. Highly recommend for families and those looking for a quiet, safe and relaxing place to stay near downtown Dallas!"

"This house was perfect for our small family group - it is a short walk from Lower Greenville with its shops, bars and restaurants and had everything we needed for our one week stay. We were attending a sporting event at SMU and the house was well located for getting there and into downtown Dallas. The rooms are all spacious and kitchen is well equipped. "

"This rental is a great deal for the price. Plenty of space in a clean and secure home. Four bedrooms all with closet space, queen beds and TVs. Two full bathrooms with shower/tub combos and a half bath with a sink/toilet. Kitchen is full furnished, dinning room, and nice living room with a comfortable sofa someone could sleep on. Also very handy having a full washer and dryer available in house. Is located in an impoverished neighborhood but perfectly safe. There is space to park two cars...

"Short and simple- it was amazing! "

"The property was nice and family-oriented. The owner was only a phone call away and very attentive...The only recommendation is maybe flooring in the rooms instead of carpet or cleaning the carpet. I finished the maintenance on the tubs There were minor issues, but the house was definitely in a good neighborhood and cozy for my family."
