I tried to call to find out why and get receipt but the host never answered the phone or responded to any emails or messages. VRBO also tried to reach host but was not able to reach them. The day before our check in I received a text message with check in instructions. "

"It felt safe and easy access off the freeway. The shower had lots of hot water, BUT...BEWARE when you step out, it's a long way to the bathroom floor!!!! NOTHING (amenities), and I mean nothing worked. Not the fire pit, not the grill. My room was NOT stocked with kitchen ware. It only had 2 forks and 1 spoon. NO pots or pans at all.
